Comfort and convenience are the hallmarks of Cahoon Family Dental's office operations. To ensure your convenience, below is the information you need about our hours, location, appointment scheduling, insurance acceptance and billing.

We are located within Mountainview Professional Building, located directly across from Margaret Brent Elementary and Mountain View High School.

Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a dentist so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our website. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible. Our office requires 48 hours notice for all cancelled appointments.

Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional PPO insurance plans. Cahoon Family Dental does not participate in Health Management Organizations (HMOs).

If we do not directly participate with your PPO insurance program, we will be happy to provide you with a detailed claim statement, providing ADA codes for your payment reimbursement with your PPO plan.

We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details.
